The year was 2001 and the place Lagos, Nigeria. Our ever enthusiastic team was on its exploratory market visits to understand COCA-COLA Vending Operations. They observed that the LAGOS MARKETS were full of varied types of BOX shaped, conventional Cooler Boxes, leading to Brand inconsistency in the market and having no Brand Identity.

The challenge for our team was to break away from the conventional Box Type Ice Coolers and come out with an innovatively designed Ice Cooler incorporating COCA-COLA brand elements.

The result . . . CONTOUR COOLER BOX

There was a record sale of more than 15000 Units of CONTOUR ICE COOLERS in Nigeria in the very first year. The Contour Ice Cooler has also been a very successful in East & Central Africa since then.
